(3) Subscription Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the chosen period. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, but cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

(2) Auto-Renewed Subscriptions: If a subscription auto-renews, the user must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period. Refunds do not apply to charges for auto-renewed periods that were not canceled in time.

(4) If services have already been provided within the withdrawal period, a partial refund will be calculated based on the portion of the services already used.

(1) Uoma aims for 95% service availability yearly but reserves the right to temporary maintenance downtime.

15. Force Majeure
